A simple, hom...Update on January 14, 2014:<br />4 stars<br /><br />A simple, homey dish and a nicely forgiving recipe. I like the mix of spices and ingredients: the the Indian spices (cumin, turmeric), the hint of ginger, the various vegetables (cabbage, onions, tomatoes), and the hint of spiciness. I felt the dish was a little more plain this time than the first, perhaps because I didn't have the cumin seeds to add.
